Rolled steel.
On the J3 and J5, the 5'4" x 26" cook chamber is fabricated from rolled 7 gauge carbon steel.

Insulated firebox.
The trailer pits use an insulated firebox with a 7 gauge exterior and 1/4" carbon steel, finished with a boiler door.

Stainless details.
Hinges, handles and work surfaces in stainless steel, under a chrome stack.

Custom finishes.
Paint color is your choice. Custom paint is available at extra cost. Talk it through with the shop.
Inside a Jambo
The fire has
a purpose.
Thoughtful design. Even heat. The fire burns in the insulated firebox, heat and smoke roll across the full rolled steel chamber, then leave through the stack.
